Job Title : Automotive Sales Operations Manager
We’re looking for an experienced automotive leader to oversee day-to-day dealership operations, sales performance, and finance processes. This role combines the leadership and operational oversight of a General Manager with the hands-on engagement of a Sales Manager and F&I Director.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Leadership
Lead and motivate the sales and finance teams to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.Manage daily dealership operations, including inventory control, sales process, and departmental performance.Develop and execute strategies to drive new and used vehicle sales, ensuring alignment with dealership goals.Partner with ownership to establish and track key performance metrics across departments.Finance & Insurance (F&I) Management
Oversee all F&I processes to ensure profitability and compliance with state and federal regulations.Train and support the sales team on effective financing options, warranty programs, and product presentation.Maintain strong relationships with lenders and ensure efficient deal structure and funding.Team Development & Customer Experience
Foster a positive, high-performing culture that emphasizes integrity, accountability, and teamwork.Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain long-term loyalty and satisfaction.Operational Efficiency & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor and control expenses while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.Work closely with service and parts departments to support overall dealership performance.Qualifications
5+ years of automotive dealership experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.Proven success in both New and Preowned sales and F&I operations.Strong financial acumen and understanding of dealership metrics and profit structure.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms preferred.About Beechmont Automotive Group
