Job Description

You will be responsible for :

• Trim and Molding Installation : Measure, cut, and install high-quality interior and exterior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and door casings, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
• Custom Cabinetry and Woodwork : Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving units, mantels, and other custom wood features to meet specific design requirements and client specifications.
• Door and Window Installation : Install and finish doors, windows, and frames with precision, ensuring proper alignment, smooth operation, and a high-end aesthetic.
• Wood Flooring Installation : Lay and finish wood floors, including custom and exotic wood varieties, ensuring attention to detail in layout, cutting, and finishing for a seamless, high-quality result.
• Staircase and Railing Installation : Construct and install custom staircases, railings, and balusters, ensuring they meet both design and safety standards while contributing to the home's luxury finish.
• Detail Finishing Work : Perform fine finishing work on wood surfaces, including sanding, staining, painting, and applying clear finishes to achieve a smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing surface.
• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret detailed blueprints, design drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate construction and installation of high-end wood features.
• Collaboration with Designers and Builders : Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the carpentry work aligns with the overall design vision and meets client expectations.
• Quality Control : Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality and meets the luxury standards expected in high-end residential construction.
