A company is looking for an Incident Manager to support and improve incident handling across their SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead incident communications and coordinate with various teams to ensure clear information flow
Drive incident coordination and outcomes in real-time and async contexts, keeping timelines and roles clear
Facilitate blameless postmortems for high-impact incidents and track overall incident trends using metrics
Required Qualifications
Experience managing incident communications in a SaaS or cloud environment
Hands-on experience with modern incident management tools such as Incident.io, Rootly, or FireHydrant
Proven ability to work with incident metrics and present insights to executive leadership
Experience facilitating blameless postmortems for high-impact incidents
Familiarity with SRE and DevOps practices
