Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Solution Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling electrical control panels / pneumatic assemblies and associated components in accordance with work instructions, production orders, and company quality and ISO policies. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production and quality standards. Each level builds upon technical and leadership skills to support the team's overall success.

Essential Functions

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and small electrical assemblies per work instructions.
• Read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical drawings / schematics.
• Operate equipment such as wire cutters and label printers.
• Effectively communicate project needs and potential issues to the shop lead.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
