Job Description
ACRP is seeking a qualified individual for an open computer technician position. Primary responsibilities will include handling incoming help desk service requests related to desktop end-user support, computer repair, and performing PC and network device maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor helpdesk and provide first-level support for workstations, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
- Perform PC setup, repair and maintenance, including operating system hardware and software installation.
- Conduct workstation virus, spyware and malware removal.
- Unlock user accounts and reset passwords.
- Perform network device maintenance.
- Assist with IT related projects.
- Maintain and update support documentation.
- Travel onsite to satellite offices as needed.
Qualifications
Technical Degree, Associates or Bachelors in an IT related field of study.3+ Years' Experience PreferredCertifications a plusMust have a valid driver's license and background check.Skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills.Enthusiastic and detail-oriented.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Knowledge of the following :Microsoft Hyper-V
