Patient Service Technician Job
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is a national leader in providing medical equipment and services. We are looking for a dedicated Patient Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and setting up equipment at the patient's address and educating them on the safe use and maintenance of the equipment.
Job Summary and Responsibilities :
The Patient Service Technician will adhere to company policies, assist in resolving customer equipment problems, and maintain knowledge of current products and regulations. They will also manage their territory to meet service goals, deliver equipment, and maintain accurate records. The role requires travel via company vehicle to patient homes for set-ups and deliveries.
Qualifications :
Employment is contingent on background investigation and drug screening. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with medical equipment and one year of related work experience. Skills include effective communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
Physical Demands :
The position requires lifting and transporting patient equipment, driving a company vehicle, and complying with respiratory protection and mask fit testing policies.
