The Nursing Assistant performs complex age specific nursing care for patients with dementia with a variety of physical, behavioral or psychological needs. The incumbent continues to provide care under supervision of a Registered Nurse, and are learning to perform complex nursing skills, and will refer issues / questions to supervisors, higher graded NAs, licensed nursing staff or other healthcare professionals.
