The AdvantaClean Field Technician provides mold remediation, air duct & dryer vent cleaning, HVAC coil cleaning, emergency water damage recovery, and sanitization in homes and businesses.
Field Technicians work directly under the supervision of a Lead Technician, Crew Supervisor, or Project Manager in a team atmosphere. The Supervisor will assign various tasks to the field technician to complete that are part of the project as a whole.

Typical Duties Include :
Light demolition / removal of finished building materialsProject cleanup, bagging, and removing debris to jobsite collection bin or vehicle for haul offOperating water collection vacuums or pumps to extract standing water from inside structuresDetailed, fine cleaning including vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces and building contentsHanging or laying plastic for barricades or barriers using mechanical fasteners, tape, and adhesivesSetting or adjusting equipment for drying or filtrationCleaning HVAC / air duct & exhaust systems using collection vacuumsSquatting, crawling, and ladder work are often required to access all areas of a home or buildingDemonstrate proper, safe operation of battery operated and corded power drills, hammer drills, circular saws, reciprocating sawsDemonstrate safe lifting, pushing, pulling, and ladder climbing practicesDemonstrate safe chemical storage, labeling, and use practicesQualifications :
Experience in home services or construction fields is a strong plusWorking knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plusMust be a self-starterAble to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsWorking knowledge of basic PC operationsExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid drivers license with satisfactory driving recordSafety Gear Provided :
