Overview :

Business Manager works in tandem with all Managers and staff to support the completion of project reports and strategic goals.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Assist the employers Contract Team to design budgets and financial projections.
• Collaborate with management team to monitor the Fort Irwin contract to select the most cost-effective method to fulfill the objectives of the contract and subcontracts.
• Collect, prepare and transmit receipts to the accounts payable and receivable departments for processing payments to vendors and invoicing the USACE.
• Assist in identifying project risk and mitigation strategies to resolve issues or requests from USACE OESS.
• Establish and manage a petty cash account and reconcile monthly or on an as needed basis.
• Establish program to monitor purchased items for use on site for the Fort Irwin Project to fulfill the mission of the project.
• Pick up mail at Post Office and Maintain.
• Issue Company Property, Vehicle keys, assets and inventory. Registrations for Vehicles, Office Trailers and Title Transfers. Help IT department with Staff computer issues and set up.
• Other duties as assigned.
