Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Yuma, Arizona 85364 Assignment Length : 13 weeks (November 17, 2025 – February 16, 2026) Hospital Setting : 2 West - Med Surg / Tele (90 double occupancy beds) Shift : 12-hour days (6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM) Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Holiday Requirement : Typically 2 out of 3 holidays Scrub Color : Navy Blue Charting System : Epic EMR Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990 - $2130 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (Registered Nurse) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in Med / Surg Tele specialty Recent clinical experience in a Trauma Level I or II hospital Proficiency with Epic EMR BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Ability to comply with 100-mile radius rule No more than 5 days of requested time off during assignment Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care for medical and surgical diagnoses, including pneumonia, COPD, radiation therapy, AKI, and post-operative cases Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1 : 5-6 (days) and 1 : 6 (nights) Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including charge nurses, PCAs, and monitor techs Utilize and monitor respiratory therapy equipment such as Bipap and stable trach Float as needed to MedSurg, low acuity ICU, RDU, and Foothills clinic RDU Participate in unit orientation and ongoing nursing education Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Epic EMR Discover rewarding travel nursing jobs in Arizona and enjoy the warmth and hospitality of Yuma while making a difference in patient care.
