We are seeking a Creative Producer to manage the execution of production workflows for a wide range of marketing assets across multiple lines of business, including subscription services, originals, sports, and marketplace campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with a strong creative background, project management expertise, and enthusiasm for sports and entertainment.

As the Creative Producer, you will serve as the primary bridge between design teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets are delivered on time. You will be responsible for allocating projects across internal and external creative resources, optimizing workflows for scalability, and implementing process improvements that raise the creative bar.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end creative production process, from project kickoff to final delivery.

Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and deliverables.

Allocate creative projects across internal and external resources to optimize output and scalability.

Translate strategic goals into clear creative concepts and high-quality tactical assets.

Ensure local market accuracy and brand adherence across all creative work.

Implement quality assurance processes to validate mockups and final assets, reducing rework and production delays.

Proactively identify campaign risks, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.

Coordinate sourcing, adaptation, and development of creative assets for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Deliver high-quality creative outputs on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience in creative production, project management, or related fields.

Strong background in design and creative development.

Experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Knowledge or enthusiasm for sports and entertainment.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Demonstrated leadership qualities including ownership, accountability, bias for action, and delivering results.

Nice to Have Hands-on experience with AV production.

Previous experience managing creative workflows across global or regional markets.

Familiarity with quality assurance processes for creative deliverables.
