A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney in Georgetown, TX. The role involves working on various immigration applications and supervising non-attorney team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for assisting undocumented immigrants in legalizing their status.
Duties
- Identify types of immigration relief for clients.
- Strategize advocacy for clients and resolve immigration questions.
- Provide leadership and training to non-attorney team members.
- Audit work product from non-attorney team members.
- Monitor and enforce ethical obligations for non-attorney team members.
- Answer legal questions from legal support teams.
- Review and edit USCIS applications and supporting materials.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration law.
