Envision Physician Services is seeking part-time or per diem Pediatricians to join our dynamic group of providers in the Emergency Department at Medical City Dallas Children’s Hospital for winter surge support!
Our tertiary children’s hospital is seeking board-certified pediatricians to join our Pediatric Emergency Department during the high-volume winter months. You will work alongside Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to provide acute care to lower-acuity pediatric patients.
This is a unique opportunity to deliver essential care during seasonal surges, ensuring timely access to emergency services for children and supporting our specialized emergency medicine team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage pediatric patients presenting with lower-acuity complaints in the emergency department.
Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs for coordinated patient care.
Provide compassionate, family-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
Board-certified in Pediatrics.
Current Texas medical license,
Commitment to teamwork and patient- and family-centered care.
Prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience preferred but not required.

Medical City Children’s Hospital is the flagship children’s hospital of the large network of Medical City Hospitals. The hospital is a 254-bed, award-winning, pediatric healthcare facility, delivering specialized pediatric care. It boasts a 37-bed pediatric med-surg unit supported by a PICU and CVICU with a robust ECMO program.
