A company is looking for a SIOP Data and Model Specialist (dbt).
Key Responsibilities
Govern and approve changes to planning templates and dbt models, setting policy parameters and managing the SIOP backlog
Lead the migration from Excel to dbt frameworks, collaborating on forecast models and maintaining documentation
Own data integrations, establish quality rules, and monitor data health while running scenario planning and analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, or a related field (MS preferred)
6-10+ years of experience in planning science with hands-on modeling expertise
Strong SQL and dbt experience, along with advanced Excel skills
Proven product ownership of analytics / plan platforms and experience in change leadership
Experience working in a cross-functional technology / process improvement team
