We're seeking a forward-thinking Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) to shape and drive our global EHS strategy across all operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who's passionate about building best-in-class programs that go beyond compliance to create a true culture of safety.

What You'll Do :

• Lead EHS Strategy : Develop and execute a global roadmap that aligns with company values and positions AFB in the top quartile for EHS performance.
• Drive Compliance & Excellence : Oversee global regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and proactive safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Influence & Partner : Collaborate across engineering, HR, operations, and site leaders to implement systems, training, audits, and change management initiatives.
• Enable Continuous Improvement : Use data-driven insights, audits, and incident analysis to drive improvements in EHS processes, safety culture, and performance metrics.
• Develop Talent : Build and lead a strong EHS team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
