Salary :

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

• Install Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance systems within residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Access Control, Intrusion, and Video Surveillance systems, including all associated equipment.
• Lead installation teams by overseeing, directing, and delegating tasks to ensure timely project completion, adherence to schedules, and the surpassing of established objectives.
• Deliver project outcomes within allocated financial and productivity budgets.
• Accurately complete, execute, and process all required documentation, whether electronic or paper-based, in accordance with corporate and office procedures.
• Ensure that the installation of all equipment, including specialty components, complies strictly with the manufacturer's specifications.
• Conduct and coordinate all requisite system testing and certification procedures.
• Provide instruction and training to helpers, apprentices, or other personnel regarding basic service, repair, and installation methodologies.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and supervise the tasks and productivity of assigned personnel.
• Maintain and manage inventory and stock levels on company vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
