• 5+ years of experience in surface preparation, coating applications, grit blasting, and phosphate processes
• Proven ability to develop and identify next-level processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Hands-on ability to implement changes in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
