Title of Position : General Manager

Job Description : The General Manager will be responsible for all overall operations of the restaurant. Responsibilities will also include hiring, training, and developing the hourly staff and management team. As the General Manager, you’ll set the overall tone for the restaurant and ensure that all team members are treated with respect and encouragement. Administrative functions will be the responsibility of the General Manager as well. This includes but will not be limited to product ordering, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring income statements. As our General Manager, you’ll be expected to maintain excellent vendor communications and form professional relationships with local community organizations as well. The General Manager will be held accountable for all the restaurant’s successes and failures alike.

Qualifications :

  • The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the General Manager
  • The General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must possess
  • High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position
