Overview

A&F Co. is seeking the role of Key Lead, Mall at UTC Sarasota. This is a part-time, in-store leadership position focused on delivering a quality customer experience and supporting store operations on the sales floor.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications

  • Education - High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • Supervisor / Managerial Experience - No Supervisory / Management Experience is Required
