StenTech is seeking a reliable and motivated Wet Process Technician to join our team in Golden, Colorado. This role is a dynamic position where you will work with a process that plates, etches, or performs metal prep according to Photo Stencil controlled procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor wet process equipment including plating, etching, resist, photo, and related systems according to work instructions.
- Handle and inspect materials (mandrels, stencils, panels) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with chemicals and equipment.
- Perform daily / weekly preventative maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment in safe operating condition.
- Mix, monitor, and record chemical solutions. Assist process engineers with chemical process jobs.
- Inspect and measure product thickness, defects, or resist quality. Document inspection results.
- Enter production, quality, and job data into the Manufacturing Control System accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following cleanroom or plant protocols.
- Proactively report equipment issues, defective materials, or unusual conditions to a supervisor.
- Cross train and support additional processes as needed to meet production goals.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED.Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred. Knowledge of wet chemical processes, etching, plating, or cleaning technologies a plus.Function under time management deadlines and constraintsAbility to read, write, and communicate in English. Strong comprehension and basic math skills.Basic computer skills for data entry and system use.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours), bend, stoop, and lift 40-50 pounds.Familiarity with safety protocols for handling acids, solvents, and hazardous materials.
