Sr Manager Credit Strategy & Analysis

The Sr Manager Credit Strategy & Analysis is a senior leader on the analytics team; this individual will lead a team of individual contributors, will achieve success through cross-functional collaboration and partnership with other analytical leaders, with emphasis on proactive communication and partner with cross-functional areas to both formulate-the-vision and ensure-the-execution towards future innovation.

The business areas reporting to this role may include the following :

• Servicing analytics (contact strategy, customer segmentation, advanced metrics)
• Decision sciences (quantitative modeling, data engineering & infrastructure)

What you will need to succeed :

While primarily expected to demonstrate team leadership through crafting a departmental vision and emphasizing high quality execution through an analytical team of direct reports, the ideal candidate should also be a player-coach, who is willing and able to conduct analysis independently, including manipulating large dataset, executing complex analysis, and clearly summarizing actionable findings. A candidate for this role will have a passion for attracting and developing top-tier analytical talent as well as hiring-and-mentoring an exceptionally talented analytical team. Lastly, this individual should possess the humility to work effectively with others across the organization, including operations, product, engineering, and more.

Work Location and Arrangement : This role will be based out of the Kennesaw, GA Office and has a Hybrid work arrangement.
