What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Certification and Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Create IAM governance materials, including policies, procedures, and user access reviews
  • Manage and drive Access Certification campaigns while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a risk mindset to address security issues in IAM processes
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and manage multiple IAM project dependencies

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of business analyst experience in IAM products such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, or Saviynt
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills and a teamwork mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects independently
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (USC, GC, or equivalent)

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with IAM Access Certification Processes, including user and privileged access management
