This position is based on Dallas, TX.

Day-To-Day :

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer , you will oversee the mechanical design and documentation of assigned projects for the systems that heat, cool, ventilate, and support the operation of buildings. You will lead and collaborate with other mechanical team members with a focus on effective coordination across disciplines and delivering high-quality, fully integrated designs. Responsibilities :

• Lead the mechanical design process for assigned facilities projects from concept through completion.
• Design HVAC, ventilation, and other mechanical systems for healthcare, education, and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams to produce fully integrated designs.
• Oversee and mentor junior mechanical engineering staff throughout design and documentation phases.
• Conduct internal reviews to verify accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute technical expertise to project planning and development.
• Remain hands-on in Revit and AutoCAD to support active design work.
