This is a Full-time, Non-Civil Service position with Metro Action Commission. This position will assist in the organization's success through creation and delivery of training designed with leadership, management, business, personal progression, and best practice in mind. Expand on the talents and skills across all employees within the organization. Work Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 00 A.M. - 4 : 30 P.M.)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and five (5) years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs. Valid Driver License. Official College Transcripts - If you wish to qualify, we need a copy of your official college transcript sent from the university or college. Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply. Note : Per Metro Ordinance No. SO94-1078. All employees of the Metropolitan Government shall be residents of the State of Tennessee or become residents of the state within six (6) months of employment as a prerequisite to employment with the Metropolitan Government.
