Tax Accountant

A growing investment and wealth management firm is seeking a Tax Accountant to join its expanding tax practice. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Tax Accountant to take ownership of a substantial client base and grow into a leadership role.

    • Responsibilities as the Tax Accountant :

  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, nonprofits, S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with the tax team and other Tax Accountants to ensure timely and accurate filings
  • Lead efforts to scale operations and improve systems
  • Support expansion into outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services
  • Use tools such as Lacerte Tax Software, QuickBooks Online, and Creative Solutions

    • Candidate Profile for the Tax Accountant :

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Tax Accountant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Associate degree with relevant tax experience considered
  • Strong foundation in tax preparation and client service

    • Salary : $60,000 to $70,000
