Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
Provide support in navigating healthcare services and finding primary care physicians
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency to manage multiple systems
Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
