A company is looking for a Remote Administrative / Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties, including maintaining records management systems
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2-4 years of experience required
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
