Senior Finance Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Associate to support financial health and sustainability through key accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Support monthly closing processes and collaborate with finance and operations team

Review and process accounts payable and reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy

Track accounts receivable, including aging, payments, and follow-up

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of finance and accounting experience (nonprofit background a plus)

Proficient understanding of finance and accounting principles, including AP, AR, and GAAP

Experience preparing financial statements and reports (nonprofit experience preferred)

Experience with cost allocations to programs and departments

Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation
