Responsibilities :

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI / CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of Axon Networks' mission-critical systems.

Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support application and infrastructure deployments.

Automate provisioning and configuration of cloud-based and on-premises environments.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across networking, application, and database layers.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.

Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

Enhance system observability through metrics, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

Maintain high availability and reliability for critical networking systems by implementing failover mechanisms and disaster recovery strategies.

Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and ensure rapid resolution.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.

Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, routing, and load balancing.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

A plus if you have :

Experience in the networking industry or managing networking-specific applications.

Knowledge of TR-069 or similar networking protocols.

Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, etc.).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Annual compensation : $80,000 - $140,000
