Job Description & Requirements

• Shift : 8 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Setting : Acute Care – Hospital-based (80 beds, average 30 patients / day)
• Schedule : 5x8s (rotating weekends); could be Mon–Fri or Fri–Tues
• Experience Required : 2+ years in acute care PT
• Travel Experience : Preferred but not required
• Charting : Allscripts (Altera experience preferred)
• Certifications : Active State PT License and BLS required
• Patients : Ortho, neuro, pulmonary, total joint, cardiac (pacemakers / stents)
• Team Support : PT, social services, rapid response teams
• Flu Vaccine : Required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)
• COVID Vaccine : Not required
• Locals : Not accepted (must live 50+ miles from facility)
