A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide second layer support for customer repair issues that require advanced troubleshooting
Interact with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and maintain good customer relations
Manage daily objectives set by management and assist with repeat service issues
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
Three to five years of telecommunications support center experience preferred
Three to five years of telecommunications and repair experience preferred
Cisco Certification CCNP preferred with 3 to 5 years' experience at the ISP level
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
