This Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Residential Director is to lead Monarch's residential services in supporting, educating, and empowering people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and mental health to choose and achieve what is important to them.
What You\'ll Do
Education, Certifications & Experience
Education : Minimum of an Associate Degree (Bachelor or Master preferred depending upon experience) : Human Services (Required).
Certifications : Driver's License (Valid) - USA, Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM.
Experience : Developmental and Intellectual Disability Experience (5 Years) Required; Experience working in a residential environment (3 Years) Required.
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm (weekends, holidays, and on call as applicable).
Target Weekly Hours : 40.
