Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a field related to education, Master's degree preferred

Work Experience

• Must have two to four years of progressive leadership experience in education. Classroom teaching and / or educational administration experience is preferred.
• Must have at least two years of experience in developing, planning, managing and supervising education programs
• Must have at least two years of experience developing and administering budgets for education programs.

Principle Functions

The main function of the Education Manager is accountability for the academic, social-emotional growth and development of all children in the After-School, Summer Camp, and Enrichment Programs. Additionally, assuring compliance with codes of all State and local governing contract agencies. The development and day-to-day operations of the education center, after school educational programs, enrichment programs, and classroom facilities.
