Overview
Account Manager- Commercial Lines, Transportation at Acrisure. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers, responsible for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses. Requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, accurate insurance processing and customer experience delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manages the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery, including coordinating, coaching, and prioritization with Account Associates, and reviewing / managing the overall workload.
- Leverage knowledge in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to develop, coach, and assist Account Associates and other team members.
- Assist Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
- Ensure service standards are met, identify trends, and implement process improvements on the team.
- Act as the day-to-day customer contact, troubleshoot issues, and help the client make well-informed decisions that position the client for success.
- Manage the new business and renewal process, and oversee day-to-day client changes.
- Be accountable for client service delivery through high / increased client retention, rounding of accounts, referrals and uneventful renewals.
- Ensure pre-renewal information is sent within service standards and follow up with clients for timely responses and with insurance markets for timely quotes.
- Manage renewal marketing plans with Producers and Service Teams; ensure the plan is executed and create accurate proposals / deliverables for renewal meetings.
- Review quotes for accuracy and negotiate additional coverage / price with the underwriter.
- Complete renewal bind processes and checklists quickly and ensure all renewal aspects are documented in the file.
- Maintain accurate file documentation to minimize E&O exposure and enable quick responses to client requests.
Requirements
Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty and / or Health & Life for the state of the agency office.Ability to work toward professional designation.Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Experience

Pay Details : The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
