Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in Effingham, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
