Banquet Server / Cook - The Lismore

Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive server / cook who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events. Our ideal applicant has experience in the food service or hospitality industry, preferably as a server for a cook. Apply today if this sounds like an exciting opportunity!

Compensation :

$14 hourly plus tip pool

Responsibilities :

  • Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards
  • Serve appetizers, main course meals, desserts, and other items, such as drinks, to banquet guests
  • Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event
  • Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as requested
  • Take away plates from the table, replace utensils, and keep an eye out for spills or other special requests from guests

    • Qualifications :

  • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
  • Experience working in food service is preferred
  • Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
