About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : 3+ years of current Med Surg experience required

License : New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : EPIC EMR experience preferred; charge experience required

Description :

Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.

Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.

Patient ratios are 6 : 1 at the most.

Two LNAs will assist, along with a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor.

COVID vaccination is preferred.

Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted in the profile.

Requests submitted after upload will not be approved.

No more than five days of time off will be accepted.

Travelers are required to work on designated holidays.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Profile requirements include a work history and skills checklist.

A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years is required.

All licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the profile.

Every other weekend and holidays may be required if needed.
