Workday HRIS Manager

This position will be responsible for managing and configuring Workday HRIS, with a focus on ensuring seamless HR processes, data integrity, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in managing and configuring Workday, with expertise in key areas such as Core HCM, business process administration, calculated fields, payroll support, integrations, and creating and managing simple integrations using Workday EIB. As the Workday HRIS Manager, you will work closely with HR and IT teams to support the configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of the Workday system. You will also play a key role in managing bi-annual updates and ensuring that Workday is leveraged to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing support tickets with Workday via the Workday Community to resolve system issues, track ongoing system enhancements, and developing / updating job aids for training purposes.

Compensation Range : $107,000 - $130,000 / annual
