HPC Support Engineer

A company is looking for an HPC Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their challenges and provide personalized support

Resolve complex software and hardware issues while documenting solutions for continuous improvement

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

7+ years in cloud support operations or systems engineering

Strong experience with public cloud platforms or GPU cloud providers

Proficient in Linux system administration, particularly in HPC environments

Experience with monitoring / logging tools and debugging kernel-level issues

Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies
