Residential Services Coordinator

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. The Resident Services Coordinator will work one-on-one with residents; develop and implement creative programs; establish and oversee partnerships that support residents in successfully maintaining housing; access education and employment services; and resource activities and services that will contribute to a positive sense of community at a supportive housing facility for formerly homeless and very low-income single adults. This position will foster a trauma informed care environment through collaboration with property and programming staff, external partners, and the residents.

$21.67 - $26.40 an hour WHERE A CANDIDATE IS PLACED IN THE COMPENSATION RANGE DEPENDS ON TOTAL RELEVENT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
