Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits
Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone
Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED
1 year of call center experience
Medicaid or billing experience
Basic computer skills - using Microsoft Teams, Outlook
Must have wired internet vs. Wi-Fi
