Position Summary

RoadGuard Interlock, part of the Global IID organization — a nationwide network of brands including Low Cost Interlock, Simple Interlock, and Smart Start — is committed to promoting safer roads through advanced technology and exceptional service.

The Operations Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations across all brands, ensuring data accuracy, program consistency, and cross-functional coordination. Based in the Grapevine office, this role assists with pricing updates, location data management, third-party billing, and operational process improvements, contributing to the organization's mission of saving lives and supporting license reinstatement through reliable, compliant solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing programs, promotional campaigns, and service location data across all Global IID brands.
  • Assist with third-party billing, payment reconciliation, and financial verification tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor, verify, and close installation, removal, and transfer work orders; ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Follow standardized communication procedures for contacting clients, including SMS, email, and voicemail templates.
  • Update appointment and work order details in the client’s file when rescheduled, ensuring system accuracy.
  • Perform multi-day verification follow-ups on unconfirmed work orders and escalate unresolved cases per policy.
  • Assist field operations by coordinating updates, managing callback tasks, support tickets and supporting technician scheduling needs.
  • Track and support special projects assigned by the Sr. Manager, Corporate Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Customer Service, and Compliance to support operational goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all data entries and communications.
  • Provide operational feedback to management and assist with process improvement initiatives as requested.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prior experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience with interlock or automotive service industry operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of billing systems, ERP platforms, or CRM tools preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish) is a plus.
