The impact you will have :

Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking an AI Program Consultant to expand our AI Consulting team.

The AI Program Consultant is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive our go to market strategy, spearhead the creation and execution of innovative solutions, and support the growth and evolution of AI Solutions go to market. This diverse role spans multiple areas, including solution development, AI consulting solution implementation, and enhancing customer satisfaction. It necessitates a comprehensive approach that combines technical innovation, market analysis, and customer-focused strategies.

What you'll do : Solution Development

• Collaborate with AI Solutions Delivery Manager(s), Product Manager(s), the Portfolio Marketing team, and subject matter experts to create, improve, and implement product solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to ensure solutions are aligned to customer needs and market trends for AI Consulting.
• Manage projects for solution development, ensuring cross-functional contributors are adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Serve as lead consultant for incorporating adoption and change management, business consulting, and training into other products and practices within our services organization.
• Maintain team repository of all current, best-in-class solution content.
