We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Macon, Georgia. In this role, you will manage leasing activities, tenant relations, and property maintenance coordination while ensuring the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in property management.

Responsibilities :

• Promote available units through online listings, social media platforms, and other marketing tools to attract interested renters.
• Process rental applications by conducting background checks, verifying references, and assessing tenant eligibility.
• Draft and manage lease agreements, ensuring tenants fully understand terms and conditions, and oversee lease renewals or terminations.
• Build strong relationships with tenants by addressing concerns and promoting a positive living or working environment.
• Coordinate property maintenance tasks, including scheduling inspections, repairs, and upgrades with the maintenance team.
• Monitor rental market trends to provide informed recommendations on pricing strategies and marketing approaches.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records.
• Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to streamline operations and track property performance.
• Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in residential and commercial property management practices.
• Proficiency in using property management software, particularly Yardi.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and team interactions.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with tenant screening processes and lease agreement preparation.
