Position

Automotive Technician – responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to the MAP guidelines and in accordance with dealership, manufacturers, and Toscalito standards.

Compensation

Up to $120,000 annually, varies upon experience (Hourly + Flag).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications / experience.
  • Perform work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and / or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals (store manager, service consultants, and / or customers).
  • Recommend services necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
  • Maintain appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.

    • Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work five days per week, including weekends
  • Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training
