Scholarship Operations Specialist

SUMMARY

Enter all applications and corresponding data into DTP. Scan documents into Contentverse and upload into DTP. Responsible for communication with applicants via phone and email. Provide key support to team members. Monitor and close pending applications.

No supervisory responsibilities or duties.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Supervision more than once per day and daily with very little or moderate deviation from a set "routine"

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

EQUIPMENT / SOFTWARE REQUIRED

Operating systems include / but not limited to : Communication systems such as regular use of Email, Phone, Microsoft Teams, scanners, Microsoft Office software; Specific training on INCCRRA's Data Tracking Program

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Any additional language skills are a plus.
