The Organizational Development & Effectiveness Partner - Remote will play a key role in advising and supporting BUs / Functions in the (re)design and development of organizational structures, processes, and talent strategies. The role will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to align organizational designs with strategic objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive overall effectiveness. This role focuses on assessing organizational needs, implementing solutions based on best practices, and facilitating change management processes. This role will report to the Director of Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness.

Your Impact

Organizational Design & Effectiveness :

• Lead and manage organizational design projects, including department restructuring, role realignment, and cross-functional team integration.
• Use diagnostic tools and models (e.g., STAR Model, McKinsey 7S) to assess the effectiveness of current organization structures and recommend improvements.
• Develop frameworks to support organizational scalability and agility in response to changing business needs.

Additional Success Factors

Pay range of $104,700 to $130,000 annual salary + annual bonus : up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
