SUMMARY

FlexRack is seeking a skilled Tube Mill Electrician to join our team. The Tube Mill Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repair any electrical systems and components related to tube mill equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is located on-site in North Jackson, and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 4 : 30 PM to 2 : 30 AM. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 5%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience working with automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, high voltage AC / DC, single and three phase power, communication devices, electronic controls, and power transmission systems
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical drawings, schematics and parts lists
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controls
• Ability to troubleshoot VFD Drives
• Ability to install conduit and wiring
• Ability to assemble and wire control panels
• Ability to manufacture cable assemblies
• Ability to safely troubleshoot electrical and control issues
• Ability to read, write and communicate the English language
• Be comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of predictive and preventative electrical maintenance functions
• Knowledge of electrical machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Ability to properly use of hand and power tools
• Must be able to work closely with engineering and manufacturing personnel
