Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stucco and EIFS Installer / Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and finishing of stucco and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) on various residential projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for stucco and EIFS application, including cleaning, patching, and applying appropriate primers.
  • Install insulation boards, mesh, and base coats according to specifications.
  • Apply various stucco and EIFS finishes, including textures, colors, and decorative elements.
  • Perform repairs on existing stucco and EIFS, addressing cracks, damage, and imperfections.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including trowels, hawk boards, spray guns, and mixers.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Work Environment

  • Work will primarily be performed outdoors, requiring exposure to various weather conditions.
  • May involve working at heights on scaffolding or ladders.
  • Requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in stucco and / or EIFS installation and finishing.
  • Strong knowledge of stucco and / or EIFS materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools common to the trade.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
