Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and providing high-quality patient care. The role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Experience in Patient Care and Home Care
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid state Physical Therapist license
• Experience with pediatric or high tech respiratory care is a plus
